Here is some information from their web site:

推動智能障礙者啟智教育�啟能訓練，俾其有自力更生能力回歸社會，減輕家庭負擔和社會�題為目的。

Also, they are looking for
some volunteers.

I won't be able to volunteer regularly because they are located quite far from where I live, but I would enjoy paying them a visit, once.
